We also don't make money from the app since we have chosen to not include a pro version or advertisements.

We want a positive experience, for everyone. 

However, there are costs to run the service. 

The fees below are charged when a payment is made or released. (During a transaction)

 

Renter Fees

Service Fee: 5% of the total rental amount. This is a launch-phase rate.

Owner Fees

Platform Commission: 5% of the total rental amount. This is also a launch-phase rate.

Future Fee Structure

The fees will rise slightly as the platform matures and the promo period has expired:

Target Service Fee (Renter): 5-10%

Target Platform Commission (Owner): 10-15%
